1. How do I the process started?
When you are ready to look at getting your website designed, or re-designed with Exit 9 Multimedia, a member of the team will reach out to have an initial consultation with you. After that is complete, we will draw up an contract outlining the proposal details. At time of acceptance and agreement to the contract, the deposit of 50% would be due. During the design process, updates will be available and sent via e-mail and a virtual preview of the site via a link to a test site. Upon completion of the design, the final payment will be due before the site is loaded onto your servers.
2. I don’t want to worry about web hosting, do you offer that service?
Exit 9 Multimedia has teamed up with HostGator.com, one of the leading web hosts in the business, to offer affordable hosting for our clients upon request.
3. How long does it take to create a website?
This will vary on the complexity of each project. Generally, a Starter Package can be done in 1-2 business days, while Standard and Gold Packages can take from 5-10 business days. You would be given an estimate for your project during our initial consultation.
4. What do you need from us to get a site done?
Generally any images, logos, content that you need to e-mail us when you we begin the project. Any additional content during the process can be delivered before the site is completed.
5. How Much will it cost?

6. Do you offer other services?
We offer our clients Help Desk Maintenance, as well as the ability to update content on a weekly or monthly basis. These services are billed separately, and could be discussed at the initial consultation.
